About

Well equipped to expand
Signal Health Group's and VETS2INDUSTRY's global presence.

As a mission-driven leader, I build bridges between compassion and action.

I’m the Founder and CEO of Signal Health Group Franchise, a nationwide senior care network focused on delivering high-quality personal care, home health, and hospice services. Our work centers on those often left behind—seniors, veterans, people with disabilities, and low-income families—particularly in underserved communities.

My journey began in 2012 with a small home care agency serving Medicaid recipients and disabled veterans. Being both Black and Vietnamese and the daughter of a Vietnam War veteran, my commitment to care is personal and deeply rooted in advocacy. Today, that mission continues through my work with the VETS2INDUSTRY Foundation, where we connect transitioning service members with critical resources in housing, mental health, career support, and entrepreneurship.

I lead with heart, strategy, and the belief that equitable care isn’t just a service—it’s a right.

I'd love to connect if you’re passionate about scaling impact, rethinking elder care, or supporting veteran transitions.
